Through the hustle and bustle of the day, we know that sometimes, we may not show our appreciation as effectively as we might want to. However, we know the amount of effort our employees put into their job and we recognize the need to give recognition to our top performers. We are conscious that our employees are our most valuable resource and thus we provide them with a vibrant and dynamic performance driven environment that rewards and recognizes them.
On the 4th of April 2017, our Managing Director hosted a dinner for our top performers at the Ba Xian Restaurant Tower Club, an intimate yet stunning dining venue and is established as one of Singapore's best Chinese restaurants. The first of many to come, this event served as a bridge between the staff and the management and everyone had a great time.
