Our Milestones

New home @ One Sims Lane

In September 2019, we moved into our new "home"; a 3,600 square feet B1 office at 1 Sims Lane. After 11 years of operation, we very proudly managed to grow to a strength of over 60 employees with everyone housed together in this new office.

When our company was founded in 2008 with just 10 employees, we could hardly foresee our growth to become the leading collections agency in Singapore with a total strength of over 90 staff. Like a family, we have built this company by putting our blood and sweat into it with solely one purpose to fulfill, that it is to make it grow and flourish. Today would not have been possible without the loyal support of each member of the PCS team as well as our clients who have trusted us.

Pinnacle Credit Services is proud to be a “Home-grown” company and to embrace our Singaporean heritage; we have adopted a new logo featuring a “red dot” representing our island state.

ISO 9001:2015 (Provision of Debt Recovery Management)

Pinnacle Credit Services Pte Ltd was awarded the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 in August 2017 which is a validation and affirmation of us doing what we say we will do consistently for our clients: 1) Fulfilling customers' quality requirements 2) Compliance to regulatory requirements 3) Efficiency and effective system to save time and resources 4) Continual improvement in pursuit of organizational effectiveness

Outsourced Service Providers Audit Report (OSPAR)

Pinnacle Credit Services was the first agency to be certified by an independent public accounting firm (PwC) based on the robust and stringent requirements of OSPAR. The requirements are set and regulated by The Association of Banks in Singapore under the guidance of the Monetary Authority of Singapore and form the baseline controls for any outsourced service providers who wish to be of service to any financial institutions in Singapore.

SME 500 Award

In May 2015, Pinnacle Credit Services Pte Ltd was nominated as one of the Business Luminaries in the SME 500 award. The Promising SME 500 is an initiative hall-marked for 500 top stellar home-grown SMEs in Singapore and will serve as a national platform in recognition of our company's achievements. We are proud to be awarded this accolade and will continue to uphold our commitments to the market. The Promising SME 500 also offers us a substantial increase in our corporate brand presence, heightened public recognition and awareness with multiple points of media exposure as well as a strong online presence.

ISO 9001: 2008 (Quality Management Systems)

In June 2014, we were awarded the prestigious ISO 9001: 2008 (Quality Management Systems) certification. This is an affirmation that we are in compliance with global standards and are continuously improving in pursuit of our organizational goals.

Founding member of the Credit Collection Association of Singapore (CCAS)

Pinnacle Credit Services Pte Ltd is one of the founding members of the Credit Collection Association of Singapore. The CCAS was formed and duly registered under the Societies Act on the 12th of December 2013. It aims to represent all credit collection professionals and agencies in Singapore and is the only association that officially represents all the credit associations and agencies in Singapore. The principle objectives of the Association are to enhance the organization of the credit collection business community in Singapore and to represent, advance, promote and protect, in Singapore and abroad, the major credit collection concerns of professional credit collection agencies carrying on commerce and industry in Singapore.

The Association of Credit and Collection Professional (ACA International)

In the year 2011, Pinnacle Credit Services was admitted as a member of The Association of Credit and Collection Professional (ACA International) in the USA. Founded in 1939, ACA international brings together 5,000 members worldwide, including third-party collection agencies, asset buyers, attorneys, creditors and vendor affiliates. The association establishes ethical standards, produces a wide variety of products, services, and publications, and articulates the value of the credit and collection industry to businesses, policymakers, and consumers.

Member of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industries (SCCCI)

Established in 1906, the SCCCI is an internationally renowned business organization and apex body of the Chinese business community in Singapore. The SCCCI has a member ship network of about 143 trade associations and 4,000 corporate entities including large financial and business organizations, multinational corporations, government-linked companies and SMEs from a wide spectrum of trades and industries. In 2009, Pinnacle Credit Services is proud to have been accepted as a member of the SCCCI


Our business originated from a consumer collection operation previously owned and managed as a major credit bureau agency in Singapore - which was acquired by us and reconstituted as Pinnacle Credit Services Pte Ltd (PCS) in September 2008. Pinnacle Credit Services started with just 10 head counts and some old furniture in a small office on the 10th floor of the MAS building in 2008. In just under 10 years, we have now grown into a 90 staff company, operating in two independent offices across Singapore.
