Yashmin Adiong
Yashmin is a former supervisor in an MNC while working in the Philippines. She is known to provide excellent customer experience globally. As a calculated risk-taker, she joined PCS in 2014 as a Tele-Collection Officer.
During her tenure as a collector, Yashmin has taken the primary initiative to bond with her colleagues and bridge the gap between the client and the company on many fronts. Furthermore, she has taken charge of the audit and operational controls in one of our key accounts to keep us on the long and narrow path of compliance.
The company has recognized both her initiative as well as leadership qualities and within a short span of just 3 years, she was promoted to Assistant Manager Operations and Training – GSM. While embracing her core values of integrity, commitment and innovation, Yashmin is continuously improving herself to maximize overall client performance to deliver the desired result.
In 2019, Yashmin was re-designated to become an Assistant Vice President, Assistant head of Operation Compliance – taking care of all operational audit requirements. She has been key in maneuvering the company through countless client audits with a high success rate
