Pervelito Soriano

Pervelito joined PCS in 2014 as Assistant Manager for Debt Recovery and Training. He holds a bachelor degree in Political Science (AB) and took up Units in Law at one of the premier university in the Philippines. Pervelito brings in rich experience in the Financial sector and the Customer service industry. Coming to us from an MNC, Pervelito has shared his expertise on improving customer satisfaction.

Being part of the management line, he ensures that there is a smooth and effective flow of operations including overseeing the training department for new and existing employees. He is also responsible for customer engagement and escalation processes.

Under his leadership, the company has been bridging our revenue targets under a very competitive environment.
